#2 Create a new type of bankThe first bank of it’s kind with some pretty unique products that make it significantly more profitable to investors and more rewarding to customers. I can’t go into all the details without a non-disclosure, but imagine the attention a bank would get if they offered 10% FDIC insured on checking accounts to all their customers and payments on houses were significantly less. It would cause a major shift n the market and people would have a safe place to put their retirement funds. This bank would also have the ability to leverage a lot more money than a tradional bank, and it’s revenues are estimated to be greater than 52% of utilized funds.
The minimum to open and operated for 3-5 years is 15M. With banks more funding is better, because it means more loans and more profit. Imagine a bank that held most of the nation’s wealth and own most of the nation’s real estate. Especially right now because it’s cheap.
